THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
It is the policy of Siemens Manufacturing Company to guarantee all equipment it produces for a period of one year from the date of shipment. This guarantee covers defects in material and workmanship only. Siemens will not be responsible for defects caused by abuse or other reasons beyond our control.
The responsibility of Siemens under this Warranty will be to repair or replace at no cost to the customer any equipment returned to Siemens. Siemens will not be responsible for any other costs associated with defective material unless specifically agreed to in writing.
The coverage under this Warranty for materials only extends to materials that are purchased by Siemens. Any defects caused by customer-supplied materials are not covered.
