Through Hole Assembly

Our through-hole assembly capabilities include two axial insertion machines, two DIP insertion machines, eight wave solder lines, and 4 selective wave solder lines, as well as robotic soldering services, all of which enable more efficient and higher-quality production.

BGA Assembly

Our surface mount lines place thousands of BGAs per week. With our highly controlled BGA placement and reflow processes, we reduce potential defects and maximize value for our customers.

Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)

With our comprehensive automated optical inspection (AOI) services, we save our customers money and improve speed to market. We have multiple machines, including 3D AOI, that inspect solder paste placement and solder joint quality, ensuring our final products meet or exceed IPC standards.

Product Testing

We are dedicated to continuous product improvement, which is why we provide product testing, support, and quality control. Our services include in-circuit testing, functional testing, burn-in, RF, ESS, thermal and more.

Box Build

Siemens has extensive box build assembly experience for both large and small products. We offer a full range of turnkey system assembly capabilities and final mechanical assembly, including potting and conformal coating options.

X-Ray

Our x-ray inspection services are used for process validation in order to verify the quality of hidden solder joints, resulting in faster and more thorough analysis.

Conformal Coating

All three of our plants use advanced automated coating equipment that apply silicone, urethane, and acrylic variations. We also have experience with various potting and RTV formulas.
